Our White Glove onboarding helps you set up your new CRM and learn how to use it. It's divided into two parts:

Part 1: 1. Pre-onboarding survey

This survey will collect basic information about you and your business. This information will be used to set up your CRM.

Part 2: 2 Onboarding Calls (Tech Set-Up and Training Calls)

Note: The video above mentions booking two calls during the onboarding survey,

but the process has changed. See Below...

Call 1: After completing the onboarding survey, you'll book a tech call to handle the CRM setup.

Call 2: Your training call, covering key features for daily use, will be scheduled at the end of the tech call.

Important Message Regarding Cancellation, Rescheduling and No-Shows: Please note: Rescheduling, canceling, or no-shows must be done at least 48 hours before your onboarding call. Otherwise, a $249 fee, the full cost of the calls, will be charged as missed slots affect availability for other clients.
